Cancellation Policy

At Lashes by Cici, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: 🔸 Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. 🔸 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. 🔸 No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 🔸 Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows: Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit or denial of future bookings. 🔸 Deposits (if applicable): Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied toward your service at checkout and forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 🔸 Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment with Lashes by Cici, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy ensures mutual respect and fairness for both clients and service providers. We appreciate your understanding, respect, and continued support of our small business.
